🚚 Shipping Policy

  • We deliver across all locations in India.

  • Orders are usually processed within a few hours of being placed.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details (if available).

💸 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) with no extra charges.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

🔁 Returns & Replacement

We only accept returns in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Defective or quality issue

Conditions:

  • You must raise a request within 2 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • You may be required to share photos/videos as proof

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Size issues

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

🔄 Replacement Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement.

  • Replacement will be shipped after verification of the issue.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are only provided if:

    • Replacement is not available, or

    • The order cannot be fulfilled

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

❌ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

  • After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
